# Casey > Casey is an AI accounts receivable assistant for small businesses that bill after the work is done (contractors, home services, professional services, clinics, studios). Business owners text Casey like they would text an employee; Casey sends invoices, charges customers and follows up until each invoice is paid. After 60 days, a collections team (AI + humans) can take over. ## How it works - Day 0: the owner texts Casey who to bill. Casey sends the invoice by email and text with a card or ACH pay link, under the business's name and logo. - 3 days before the due date: a friendly reminder (free). - From 4 to 60 days past due: Casey follows up automatically on the channel and at the time each customer responds to, offers payment plans and partial payments, and learns how each customer pays (including what it learns across businesses on Casey). - 60+ days past due: with one tap, the invoice goes to the collections team: calls, formal demand letters, legal notices, payment plans and settlements with the owner's approval. ## Channels - Owners talk to Casey by iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, Slack or email. ## Integrations - Accounting: QuickBooks Online and Clio (imports customers and open invoices, keeps them in sync, stops following up when an invoice is paid there). Xero and FreshBooks are coming. - Payments: Stripe (card, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay; money goes to the business's own Stripe account). - Banks and cards: Plaid (for Books). - Email: Gmail (send from the owner's own address). - Messaging: Slack, WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram, SMS (each business gets its own local number, with its name as caller ID). ## Pricing - Free: sending invoices, pay links and a reminder before the due date; invoices paid on time (up to 3 days past due) cost nothing. - $5 per invoice only if Casey has to chase it (from 4 days past due), however many follow-ups it takes. - Collections (60+ days past due): 20% of what is recovered; nothing owed if nothing is recovered. - Books (add-on): $129 a month. Bank and card feeds, AI categorizing that learns how the owner files things, receipts, 1099s and W-9s found in email and matched to transactions, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, tax reports (Schedule C, 1099-NEC, quarterly estimates) and a year-end package for the CPA. Includes 2,000 AI credits a month plus 5,000 for the history import; extra credits from $15 per 1,000, or auto-refill. ## Company - Casey is a product of Kimik Ads, Inc., 12544 High Bluff Drive, Suite 200, San Diego, CA 92130, USA.
