Payment Network Terms

Last updated October 6, 2026

These Payment Network Terms ("Network Terms") add to Casey's Terms of Service and apply when your business joins Casey's payment network (the "Network"), operated by [Casey, Inc.]. By joining, you agree to them on behalf of your business. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Service, these Network Terms control for the Network.

1. What the Network is

The Network lets businesses on Casey see how a business client has paid other businesses on Casey, as a payment score from 0 to 100 (about 80 means it usually pays on time; lower means it usually pays later), so they can set terms and follow up sensibly. It is commercial payment information about businesses.

2. Business clients only

The Network covers only clients that are businesses, identified by their company's own email domain. Clients who are individuals, and email addresses at personal email providers, are never reported or scored. You agree not to use the Network for, or in connection with, any consumer: not to decide whether an individual gets credit, insurance, employment, housing or any other benefit, and not for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws. Casey is not a consumer reporting agency, and the Network is not a consumer report.

3. What you share

While you're a member, Casey reports, for each of your business clients: the number of days late each invoice was paid (or early), unpaid invoices more than 60 days past due, and how many invoices were disputed. Reports are keyed by a one-way hash of the client's email domain. Amounts, invoice details, notes, contact details and your business's identity are never shared with other members.

You confirm that the invoices behind your reports are accurate and legally owed, and you'll correct (or tell us about) anything you learn is wrong, including payments, credits and resolved disputes. Casey updates reports from your invoices automatically.

4. What you see, and how you may use it

You see a client company's score only when at least two other members have reported on it and enough invoices are behind it, and only for clients you bill on Casey. You may use scores only for your own business decisions about those clients: for example, asking for a deposit, setting payment terms, or how Casey follows up. You may not resell, publish, disclose or share scores or any Network information, use them to make claims about a company's character or creditworthiness to others, or try to identify which businesses reported.

Scores are statistical estimates from other members' reports. They may be incomplete or out of date, and you should not rely on them as the only basis for a decision. Casey doesn't guarantee their accuracy.

5. Disputes and corrections

Any company may dispute its record at app.hirecaseyai.com/legal/dispute. While a dispute is open, that company's records are left out of every score. We review disputes in good faith, may ask members for information about the invoices behind a report, and correct, remove or keep records based on what we find. You agree to respond promptly and truthfully if we ask about one of your reports.

6. Leaving

You can leave the Network at any time in Settings › Follow-up rules. When you leave, your reports are removed from the Network and you stop seeing scores. We may suspend or remove any member who breaks these Network Terms, or suspend or end the Network, with notice where reasonable.

7. Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your reports and for how you use Network information, and you will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from inaccurate reports you provide or your misuse of Network information. The Network is provided "as is"; the disclaimers and limits of liability in the Terms of Service apply.
