Why we built Casey
Most small businesses don't have an accounts receivable department. The owner does the work, sends the invoice and then spends evenings and weekends chasing payments: awkward texts, forgotten follow-ups, invoices that slip past 60 days. Late payments are one of the biggest drains on a small business's cash flow.
Casey does that job. You text it who to bill, and it sends the invoice, reminds your customer before it's due, follows up after, offers payment plans within the limits you set and tells you the moment you're paid. It talks to your customers in your business's name, by email, text, WhatsApp or phone, and it learns how each one prefers to pay.
How we work
- You stay in control. Disputes, discounts and anything unusual come to you. Casey never agrees to something you haven't allowed.
- Honest pricing. Free when your customers pay on time; $5 per invoice only when Casey has to chase it; 20% of what collections recovers, and nothing if it recovers nothing.
- Your money goes to you. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Casey never holds your funds.
- Respectful collections. Every message is polite, identifies your business, and follows the rules on when and how businesses may contact people.
