Your money and your clients' data, kept safe.

Payments

• Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. Card and bank details are entered into Stripe's secure fields and never touch Casey's servers.
• Money goes directly from your client to your own Stripe account. Casey never holds or moves your funds.

Your account

• Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app, and sign-in with Google.
• Roles for your team, so each person sees and does only what they should.
• Every change is recorded in an activity log.

Your data

• Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access tokens for connected apps (QuickBooks, Gmail, banks) are encrypted with AES-256.
• Each business's data is isolated from every other business's at the database level.
• Data from QuickBooks, Clio and other apps you connect is used only for your business.
• Disconnect any integration at any time; Casey revokes its access.

AI

• Casey uses AI models from Anthropic and ElevenLabs through their business APIs. Under those terms, your data isn't used to train their models, and Casey doesn't train models on your data.
• Anything sensitive (disputes, discounts, settlements) goes to a person at your business for a decision.
